View site on shared IP without domain name

Is there a way to view the sites on a shared IP without a domain name and also without setting it as the default domain.

Some systems have something like:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~siteUserID

If someone has any ideas, please let me know. Thank you!!!
 
Login to your plesk control panel, click on domains -> DomainYouWantToView.com -> Site Preview. I tried to post an example url, but it didn't look correct, and the link didn't have actual domain names.
