Virtual private network extension (Open Vpn Failed to start)

I have set the configuration of the connection following the steps of the manual. But I get this error: psa-vpn: OpenVPN failed to start
So I have searched in /var/log/messages the specification of the error:

How can I solve the problem?

Selinux enabled? Or is maybe the tun kernel module isnt loaded?
