Would you like to see qmail-scanner into Plesk with a open source qmail version that would be open for improvements ?

Qmail-scanner can be used allmost with any antivirus you want !

Yes, definately. Even if not based on qmail-scanner, any flexible open-source antivirus integration would be useful.
