VPN installed but not showing in module list

My server just got upgraded and is now FC3 and Plesk 7.5.4 I thought I'd check out the VPN function but it isn't listed in the Modules list. But if I go to the update function it shows as being installed and current. "Plesk VPN module Aug 24, 2005 Aug 24, 2005 You have an up to date version"

The other modules that are supposed to be installed do show up. VPN seems to be the only one installed but not listed. Any clues on how to make it visible and accessible?
