Issue Web site migration problem

First of all, sorry about my english.

I have a problem. When I try to use the import tool.

I insert de ftp data , it connects ok.

I choose Wordpress and check the origin path /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/httpdocs

It stats to import and when It finishes after a few minutes it seems that everything it's ok, but no file is copied to the server, only a database is created.


Anyone with this issue know how to solve it?

Are you installing Wordpress using Plesk or you have another website saved on other server or your computer and you are sending files to the server?
For Wordpress installation - normally it goes to httpdocs/wordpress
For FTP - do you use builtin feature in Plesk to upload files to the server or FTP client software?

The problem is reproduced whether I try to import a wordpress installed from plesk or one installed manually. I try to import The wordpress from plesk to plesk not from a computer.
