webalizer page 404 after migrate

webalizer page 404 after migrate domain from 9.5.4 to 10.3

index.html exist. I rebuild but problem exists.

If i switch to awstats works.

Pls help...
 
Ops my server details : Plesk 10.3 , Centos 5.5 64

The problem exists to all domains with that i transfer to new server .
