• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Webmail Horde and sidebar

I recently moved from FC4 to CentOS 4.4 and did a fresh install of Plesk 8.1 in the process. But now Webmail seems to have a problem. When I log in Firefox wants to download sidebar.php instead of processing and showing the page. So I get the top menu bar and nothing else which is confusing the heck out of my clients. Everything else works just fine so I'm baffled by this.

Hello,

Php could be running out of memory or you may have segmantation fault.
You need to check the error logs.

If you have segmentation fault you could reinstall horde and if that does not help recompile php with greater FD_SETSIZE.

If you provide some errors maybe some other opinions would "emerge" :p

Well go fig. The default PHP5 config was set to 8MB memory which was indeed producing errors. Bumped to 32MB and sidebar works like a charm

Highland,
Which file do I update for the PHP5 config file?
I'm running FC 4

Thanks
