webmail returns empty page

Iv just get a new server with plesk 8. every thing seems to run normaly exept for webmail. all domian return an empty white page. so I thought its regarding to dns or ip
another strange thig is webmail is displyed normaly when entering any webmail from google translate. so web mail not working unless on google translate . Iv check server name ips .
any idea?

Try look in the log files for the web site involved, you may find that it is down to permissions not being set up on a file or two.

My site gave this behaviour in 7.5 (ish) and I found it was due to file permissions... If it is, the log will be fully of about 20 errors per time you try to log in

can you traceroot the webmail.domain.com ?can you wget it ?

Check also the error log
