Resolved what would cause the following mail failure?

Someone is sending mail from gmail to a customer of ours..

Jun 25 11:11:47 jedi postfix/cleanup[44688]: AA6D024A05C3: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from mail-io1-f44.google.com[209.85.166.44]: 5.7.1 Command rejected; from=<[email protected]> to=<YYYY@A-LOCAL-DOMAIN> proto=ESMTP helo=<mail-io1-f44.google.com>

and it gets a COMMAND REJECTED message at their end..

Where shall I look for the culprit?

Check your mail logs just above the line you posted. There you should see more information about why this mail was rejected (like "REJECT during call 'grey' handler" or similar) and post it here.

Many thanks.. It was a PUA encrypted doc file..
I finally found it in the logs.. I thought it was something more sinister like dkim..
