Why are all posts now moderated?

Why now are all the posts and replies moderated? It's bad enough when you got a problem and wait an answer, let alone to bow have to wait for anyone to even read about your issue, not to mention then await longer fir a moderated answer :(

Can't a threshold be set for members that have 20 plus posts get straight on?
