Won't complete hosting setup - location of error logs?

Hi,

Having a strange issue here, can't seem to configure the physical hosting setup of a new domain. I've been using the system for a year, no issues. But this new domain will not configure the physical hosting.

It says the

"Info: Physical hosting settings on domain xyz.co.uk have been updated."

but then directly below this in the usual place

"Hosting (Domain has no hosting configured)"

Checked all the limits I can find, all well in the green.

Is there an internal error log I can view to see Plesk's reason for it not updating/creating?

The directory is not there in var/www/vhosts and the ftp user isn't created either. :S
