After migrated to Plesk Onyx from Plesk 12.5.30 I can detect this bug. All Wordpress wesites show an yellow icon with this message "PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function do_action() on array in /var/www/vhosts/domainname.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 453" ...

Install the latest Plesk updates with

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components

Click 'Synchronize' option in WordPress instance for the affected domain through Plesk UI.
