Hello there,

First of all, I'm new to Plesk (and in server's administration too).

I changed my OS yesterday on my server, and I'm trying to restore my site. But unfortunately, I am not able to access my site. Several explanations here:

if I try to access my site with: http://www.mysite.com/ I have the default parallels plesk page here. I don't know how to remove it.
If I try to access my site with: mysite.com, I have a blank page, but I think it is due to a PHP error, because I can access some files here like phpinfo.php (placed in the root folder).

So this is a double problem: I would like to access the site with http://www before the domain name, and I would like to remove this default page.

Some additional details:
---------------------------------------------------------------
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Parallels Plesk 10.3.1, OS: Linux 2.6.38.2-xxxx-std-ipv6-64, architecture?

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
2 sites created on the dedicated server. One of them has been defined by default.
--------------------------------------------------------------

I trying to solve this problems since yesterday, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Thanks IgorG for your link.

As said before, I am under P. Plesk 10.3.1, so this would be managed automatically. But it doesn't for me.
I had a look to the DNS configuration, and I have this one:
Host: www.mysite.com
Type: CNAME
Value: mysite.com

So I don't know if I have to change the value with www.mysite.com? Or doing an another action?
I don't know how to access the apache server configuration file for checking the values "ServerAlias".

Thanks again.

Best.

I went to server configuration file with success, but I saw the ServerAlias, and it is set correctly. But I still have the problem, my site is still unaccessible with the www.

I have 5 files like this: 13278403550.57844800_httpd.include in the conf folder (with different numbers of course), and another one with 13279452500.09729000_httpd_ip_default.include. Is this normal?

Thanks again for your help.
