• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

XFS quota and Disc quota within Plesk

Hi,

the problem I have is that the field "disc quota" within plesk (where i configure a physical hosting) is marked as gray...

seems that plesk does not detect quota support.

i have a xfs filesystem with usrquota and grpquota turned on.

i had to do it via the rootflags kernel parameter because my root-filesystem xfs...

perhaps someone knows a workaround or has a hint what i did wrong?

with many greets

Sascha Schmidt

PS: I forgot to say that i use debian 3.1 (sarge)

I noticed that plesk checks the /etc/mtab file for the usrquota parameter.

this is not good because the parameter is lost everytime i reboot the machine...

can't define it within fstab because of the xfs-root-file-system problem.
