I have the same issue, how have you medified the open_basedir path? In my panel, I modify in the web setting but this doesn't take in account...

I'm new user to Plesk panel and I have an issue to get fonts from my server, indeed, test the following link 2oclick.com (my website) and in the logcat, the issue with 2 specific file appear.
