Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

Spin up a VM with the Ubuntu 22.04 + Plesk image on Google Cloud, make sure Plesk is updated to the latest version, install the Amazon S3 extension, configure the remote storage for the backups to Google Cloud Storage (as Custom (Minio, OpenStack, etc.)) and then try to configure the scheduled...

Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

This is the backup schedule form. This is the popup shown when you try to either Save or Apply. I don't think there's a lot more to say/show. Before updating to the latest version this worked fine.

Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

I've always been using the Amazon S3 extension, but now with the latest Plesk version you can't schedule a server backup like you used to, because you silently added a paywall in the schedule backup form. The shady business practices are getting out of hand honestly.

Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

This is not true. A license was required to schedule backups for a specific subscription, but not for entire server backups. After updating to the latest version, server backups that where working fine can no longer be scheduled to remote storage, at least with the Amazon S3 extension. I tried...

Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

I just upgraded the server that was at 18.0.52 version to 18.0.56 and I can confirm that between those two versions they just silently paywalled the ability to set up a scheduled server backup to remote storage. I went to the schedule config screen, and tried to save without changing anything of...

Resolved Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message

Username: TITLE Full server scheduled backup shows "Backup to Cloud Pro" message PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE Plesk 18.0.56 Update #1, Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS PROBLEM DESCRIPTION When trying to schedule a daily incremental server backup to be stored on remote storage (Custom...

    Issue Downloading backup fails

Servers can be configured (even for specific requests only) to not have any limit. Browsers don't have any limit. Even if those 2 things were true, there are other ways, like file-streaming. There's plenty of examples of services allowing big file downloads: WeTransfer, MEGA, all the...

    Issue Downloading backup fails

The problem is that, as attested by people in this thread and others, the backup manager doesn't work with anything else than small files. So yeah, it's broken and unusable in those cases. I copied the get-dump-list command from here, which if I'm not mistaken is your official support website...

    Issue Downloading backup fails

I backup to Google Cloud Storage (S3-compatible) and I had to manually download the (incremental) backup file I wanted directly from there. Luckily I needed a database dump, but if I happened to need something that has to be built from the full + incremental files, no clue how I'd do it. Oh and...

    Issue Downloading backup fails

Crazy that this still doesn't work. It's pointless to backup using Plesk if you then can't download them.

Resolved Required permissions for password reset link?

When managing emails with my admin account, I see an option named "Password reset link", that can be seen in the attached screenshot. I want other users to be able to use this option, but if I give them both the "Manage users and roles" and the "Create and manage mail accounts", they don't see...

Resolved Immediatelly logged out after logging in.

Sorry for not answering, missed your message. It was a plesk php config problem that I fixed the same day I posted from information on another thread, but sadly I don't remember which one.

Resolved Immediatelly logged out after logging in.

In three different servers? I didn't change anything before this started happening, it's very weird, isn't it?

Resolved Immediatelly logged out after logging in.

Apparently it seemed to work once, but it dropped me to the login page again at the next request. These are the problematic logs: 185.210.18.190 - - [24/May/2023:18:36:39 +0200] "GET /smb/task/task-progress HTTP/1.1" 400 5 "https://example.com:8443/smb/email-address/list" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11...

Resolved Immediatelly logged out after logging in.

After investigating a bit more because today I really needed to log in, I found out that this was caused by the Advisor extension. Not sure about the exact problem, but disabling the extension (plesk bin extension --disable advisor) allowed me to log in again. Hope it helps someone. I always...
