    I suppose, you should see exact error in Plesk with disabled offline management. If offline management is disabled, it means that there is some issue with Plesk (not service container), try to check plesk logs (/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log), hope it will help you to investigate the issue.     I need to note in order to manage MSSQL, you should have MSSQL support on your Plesk license. As far as I know iftis paid add-on. Also you can check it in Plesk->server->license management ->mssql support

    Serv-u and Plesk 9.0.1 ?

    As I can see from the screenshot,Serv-u is not installed. Please go to the vendor website http://www.serv-u.com/ and download FTP software. Then please install it on your server, Plesk will recognize it automatically.
