Helicon mod_rewrite3 Issues

Helicon Rewrite 3 installed using MSI package on Windows Server/Plesk8.6/with PHP 5 .

Sites all working but mod_rewrite not working at all.

- Started Plesk Reconfigurator and selected the Check component and folder permissions option.
- Selected the installation directory of Helicon Rewrite
- Clicked Check

Progress bar flashed and returned me to main screen - no messages.

Now PLESK is DOWN as well as all websites in the PLESK application pool - restarted pool - tried sites/plesk - pool went down.

Please help!!!!!

Please delete Denied permissions forfor user groups psacln and psaserv from Access Control List of folder where ISAPI REWRITE is installed. Please see for more information at:
