Ok, can you tell me with 150 domains dumped on FTP repository, how to find a domain without a name ? In version 12.0 you could read "backup_domain.tld", now you only see 150 different times and dates. It may not be a bug, but this is not the correct way to display the backups.
Even with the...
I did all the tests possible. No names of the backup when you dump the "tar" file to an FTP repository, just date and time. it was ok with Plesk 12.0. This may be a bug?
I don't understand. Under Plesk 12.0. I could read the name of the file, and now under 12.5 I cannot! You think that new version improve the features of the old version.
Hello everybody
When I add "comments" to Plesk creating an FTP External Storage, these comments are missing when I retrieve the backup.tar. I only see the date and the time.
Eveything is ok if I create an internal backup. Comments are there.
Any helps ?
Thanks Amelia
Hello,
I added a 40GB HD to Plesk (directory is /home2).
My goal is to use this HD for backups. Under psa.conf I tried to change "DUMP_TMP_D /tmp" to "DUMP_TMP_D /home2", restarted psa, but when I use the backup manager I get an error "the directory home2 is does't exist or is not...
The problem was the corrupted "crontab" file under mydomain.com, once I corrected it, everything was fine. Still I think that Plesk should handle this problem in a different way.
HD is 60GB

when I setup server B and C and try root (as username), I get this:
Please enter a valid User Name. See context help () for details.
Reserved user name. Please specify another user name.
Your user name must contain between 5-14 characters.
I't like B and C require username, password...
I think there is a difference, because when I use SSH on server A, I can login with root and password, unlike server B where I can login with root45 and password, after that I need to >su to switch to superuser. Hope my english is clear.
edit: I understand why I get the error. It's because...
