Yes I did a fresh install on a new server with unbutu 18.04 and migrate everything, right now I'm on the latest version.

A little more digging and I found out that for my OS and Plesk version the MU update link is this one: http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_17.8.11/plesk-patches-17.8.11-ubt14.04-x86_64.inf3 and this returns the #53 as the higher update. So problem is in the plesk servers or info for the Plesk...

Nope that doesn't solve, since after that if we retrieve the license puts the menus in power user mode again, so I have to fix back with the plesk "bin poweruser --off" command.
