    The sooner I post this the sooner I solve it. :) I just did a bit more strong digging and eureka. I just created this missing file /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/config.default.php with this content: <?php $cfg['TempDir'] = '/tmp'; ;)

    The license should be correct for a Web Pro version otherwise the command will not be accepted since the normal version does not have subscriptions on the interface, right? Also we have written on the license features "unlimited subscriptions".
