Same issue here. only started in last few days, migrations and re-syncs earlier in the week were fine. We are only on Version 18.0.60 Update #1 not 61 released as of 15th but i see both Site import and Plesk migration got updates on the 14th. Wonder if its related to that?? Site Import 1.7.2...

@Kaspar We have set a default via settings but it doesn't appear the filter is applied. Seems to be off by default for all users? I'd assumed when set it would be applied to all, perfectly happy for them to be able to change it up / down to taste. I couldn't see a toggle to enable filtering...

Thanks Peter, that is what I suspected /feared. Appreciate the confirmation. We will work around the issue. Plesk does seem to lack events relating to the mail service in general not just DKIM.
