@Kaspar We have set a default via settings but it doesn't appear the filter is applied. Seems to be off by default for all users? I'd assumed when set it would be applied to all, perfectly happy for them to be able to change it up / down to taste. I couldn't see a toggle to enable filtering...

Thanks Peter, that is what I suspected /feared. Appreciate the confirmation. We will work around the issue. Plesk does seem to lack events relating to the mail service in general not just DKIM.

For future reference: mystery solved, we had some custom configuration in /usr/local/psa/admin/application/smb/resources/languages/en-US/controllers/email-address/configuration.php, after renaming the file the tooltip page renders correctly.
