Issue - Installed Extensions don't show

Hi, i upgrade plesk from 18.0.20 to Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.21 Update #2. When i go to extensions-manage my extensions i see a blank page. to get in in an installed extension , i must select extensions , search for extension , for example syslog watch , select the extension and click OPEN.

ssh access fixed it from vps provider.after this i done update from ssh.
