this happens only and only while adding a new subdomain to a domain. creating a new subscription or creating a new domain does not give this error and creates them smoothly...

i keep getting this error while opening new subdomain Error: mail_Facade->turnOffDomain() failed: mailmng failed: APIObject.RenameDomain failed for oldname=abc.xyz.com [abc.xyz.com] and newname=abc.xyz.com.d [abc.xyz.com.d] please advise how to get rid off it.. david

thanks for your reply. we do not have any problems regarding sql and plesk working together besides the error stated above. plesk operates fine except this error which we see only at the home page of control panel. rest of the panel works fine. david
