If anyone else is having this problem I found a solution that worked for me. I followed this guide Installing or removing extensions in Plesk throws error: file segments is not readable That solved the problems with both Wordpress Toolkit and the fact that I could not install any extensions.

Okay so my reseller will now provide any support. Hopefully someone in this forum knows what to do :)

Hi, # plesk repair db Did not seem to work. It found no issues. I will try to contact my provider. Because of license was purchased thru a hosting provider it seems that I am not allowed to contact the support staff directly. Hopefully my provider have the knowledge to solve this. Thanks so far!
