Ah, looks like it did eventually finish. I fixed the debian key error with "sudo aptitude install debian-keyring debian-archive-keyring" I Probably just prematurely started PSA. would be nice if the panel puked out a package update status a-la apt-get. oh well.

it looks like the panel upgraded, but nothing else. The updates page doesnt show any updates anymore: Warning: Installation is in progress. Error: Error: Installer is busy. sounds like it locked the process too.

Found that the issue has somethign to do with the "prevent simple passwords" option in mail enable. when it is turned off, the problem goes away. Is there a similar option in the plesk mail setting somewhere that does the same thing? im pretty sure plesk throws a fit when you change a plesk...

Hi, we have the same error message using plesk9 and mailenable enterprise. when creating the account in plesk it fails with the before mentioned error. It creates the account as a disabled account with no password in mail enable tho. deleting the account from mail enabvle yields the same...

Can't we just remove the psa-horde package and install horde 4? or will that break it if it is not a plesk "psa-horde" package?

I have this problem as well, using ubuntu 10.03, I dont have a /etc/apache2/conf.d/fcgid.conf file... nor at any other location for that matter. can I add the line to the php.ini file?
