Sitebuilder 4.5 upgraded. templates missing.

Hello, I recently upgraded sitebuilder to 4.5. I have installed every template available on the templates site via .deb packages and then run sb_config with the --update_locales and --update_templates and --update_moduals.

all completed without error. I am still unable to see anything but the included templates in sitebuilder tho.

Any ideas what to do next?

running panel 9.5.4 and debian 4.

Also, all my installed templates are showing in the panel in the templates section. I just cant see any templates in sitebuilder.
