The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
BTW, the hotfix shows that was not designed for paid SiteBuilder services: the logo resizing in that article is controlled by a site builder configuration.
When multiple users desing sites, using different logo images, the type of re-sizing should be a user option.

Thank you, Igor, but this hotfix won't help me: I do not have access to the SiteBuilder installation; it is hosted by http://my-web-builder.com
And the hotfix seems to address only the issue of size - not of the type of image.
Maybe I should just fix the generated site code...
I selected a Sitebuilder template (ID-av-171), which has a logo as 54x50 pixels GIF file. (Site Builder 4.5.0 for Linux, hosted)
When I upload my PNG logo image, it always shows as 320x320 GIF file in Preview.
