    adding UseIPv6 Off to the proftpd.conf config file made it faster again and not timing out anymore...

    FTP actually is working doing ftp x.x.x.x after around 30seconds (even from the local) machine and once the banner appears everything works fine... from filezilla it times out after 20 seconds

    plesk bin repair --ftp Checking system users ............................................... [OK] Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0 I've also tried to add atomic repos that updated psa-proftpd but still no joy... ftp timing out... Am I alone with this issue?

    Hi on centos 7 - plesk 12.5 the ftp service stopped working, probably after the latest update/automatic patch happened on the 29th? Basically the service is listening, when you try to connect it connects then hang at "waiting for welcome message" untill it times out. In service xinetd status...
