The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Can't install backup tools

Following your suggestion I tried to install the backup tool. I went to the "Add and Remove Product Components" page and selected "Plesk Backup Manager". When I click on "continue" the page says "Installation will not continue" as shown in the screenshot...

I don't have MagicSpam installed on the server so unfortunately your solution does not apply in my case.

I need to apt-get install some new packages on this machine on which there are ~25 live sites but I can't because of this problem.
I have also tried to upgrade Panel to version 11.5.30...
