I have tested this smtp_destination_rate_delay = 1s, and it worked when sending the same receiving domain. But in this case, I'm sending emails to different domains up to 15,000 different domains. How can I set a delay for each email sent?

Yes that make sense that way, i will like it to deliver after 16 hours. Please how can i set it up on my vps. I must not send 20,000 maybe 1000 but i used 20,000 emails as an example.
