the chat on the platform360 told me all the agents are offline. Is it kind of april fool joke ?
I can't create a ticket on the new platform360 platform, it tells me to create an account which I do. But then it asks me to re-authenticate on sso.idm.plesk.com/login, which doesn't work.
I've been on it for 45 minutes just to identify myself.
Help me please.
