Issue Can't create a support ticket

I can't create a ticket on the new platform360 platform, it tells me to create an account which I do. But then it asks me to re-authenticate on sso.idm.plesk.com/login, which doesn't work.
I've been on it for 45 minutes just to identify myself.

Help me please.

no it does not work
and the form on this page Licensing and Purchase support is displaying an error after submiting.
the chat on the platform360 told me all the agents are offline. Is it kind of april fool joke ?
