update: it seems to be a problem related to isconfiguration of ipv6 addresses and missing ipv6 gateway.... I ad to 1)go to ip list page, click on "reread IP", then found all ipv6 misconfigured, click repair for each of them 2)open ssh and add default gateway then it started to work again

Unfortunately we are a small company and we can not afford additional servers and plesk licenses. It is possible to export the whole configuration and files, format the server, reinstall everything and import back the configuration and files? So to do the migration "offline"?

Hello, I had an hosting account with a copany, recently I migrated to VPS managed by plesk 11.5 I was able to get the awstats database file from the old host, and i have copied them in the /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/statistics/webstats/ folder, together with the other database files...

I got this problem with version 10.4. I updated to 11.5 and waited 1 month. Now I got this problem again. Does anybody know the solution? I posted full details here...
