The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Fumbling around I thought, maybe bandwith-limitation is only done with nginx. So I installed and started this service.
Now pages for controllig bandwith-limitiation are disappearing completly from the panel. But in serviceplan you can still set something - but will it work? nobody knows...

in my case rpaf wasnt configured at all. Theres is no rpaf.conf anywhere.

I am running Plesk 11.0.9 o Ubuntu 12.04.
Both installed two month ago from scratch.
I am hosting 4 domains as panel-admin in one webspace - and having strange bandwith-issues. So i have a look at the build in bandwith-limitation coming with plesk.
All domains were build with "unlimited"...
