So, continuing the saga, the table in mysql sys_u* contains the logins and paths. The home directories appear to have messed up paths, all of the slashes were gone in the paths. I have manually fixed these now.

So, one thing I messed up is this directory for ftp: C:\inetpub\vhosts\default\6\localuser I see missing symbolic links of the ftp usernames to their respective locations. Also, I have messed with the IIS ftp user isolation settings and are not sure what settings Plesk requires.

I did figure out how to access the mysql data and reviewed the domain paths which seem correct. I'm starting to think the IIS settings outside of Helm might be the issue for both FTP and each website configuration.

I was just passing along another customer's developer opinion. I also have 25yrs in the field as a developer, if this is by design so be it. Shared my opinion and do as you do. We do like the Plesk product and are fairly new to it. Best whitespace wishes!

Okay, I can state it another way. If I have login user as 'username ' omitting the quote chars and the space is intentional. Will that match aginst in the code as string 'username' or 'username '? What I am suggesting is that the field input should trim the whitespace on the end.
