On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Work for me at least with Debian 7.11 32bit with Plesk 12.0.18. After update aum is version 4.0.19-40.
I would however update the KB article with just upgrading aum with apt-get install --only-upgrade aum or at least list that option first. No reason to do a upgrade on the rest of the packages...
Can confirm what daanse says. Since this morning my config has been deleted and getting emails with error 1 again since 6.29 am.
/etc/cron.daily/asl:
Error: ASL has not been configured
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/asl exited with return code 1
No worries. We're all here to help each other. I'm very grateful for the help so far, so fixing some typo's along the way is the least I can do.
Confirmed.
I believe the bold command needs to be updated to cp -p /etc/asl/config.dpkg-dist /etc/asl/config
Oh and clarify that the b) Exit code 127 is concerning the /etc/asl/config file.
Thanks

I believe it to be cause after an update of aum via automated apt-get. As I also got an update email from CRON-APT listing that package and also indicating...
I wonder why it takes so long to reply by Plesk. However I expect it does effect any system that uses CGI. In case of Plesk if PHP uses CGI. PHP-fastcgi for example.
I'm probably going to try what IgorG suggests in https://talk.plesk.com/threads/adding-custom-rule-to-mod_security.336303/ to add...
Hi UFHH01. Thanks for the input, might consider updating the KB ;)
I've tried handful of databases to see if I get the same issue (NULL value for id, type and password) as indicated by the KB. However my sql query returns proper results where account_id matches id and type and password are also...
Thanks UFHH01. I think the first KB might help me out but just to make sure it indicates that "There are two ways to resolve the problem:" Am I right that "way" one is step 1. And "way" two is step 2 through 4 in the KB?
We recently migrated from Plesk 10.4.4 Update #59 on Debian 6.0.10 (squeeze) to 12.0.18 Update #62 on Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (trusty). This all seemed to work fine until I tried to use phpMyAdmin.
If I use my admin account to login via Plesk try to use webmin (phpmyadmin) I can successfully...
