Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.

Plesk 12 - Add or Remove Components not loading.
I'm having the following issue: Whenever I click on the Plesk panel link "Add or Remove Components" he will open a new browser window and runs into a timeout. Browser: "Error code: ERR_TIMED_OUT" I can't see any error messages in the panel.log and everything else from the panel is working...- HawaiiWolf

I've got the same problem but for me it didn't help to disable the atomic / epel repo's.
