The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
My 2 cents; not that anybody at Plesk really cares about this.
Your reply honestly misses the core issue.
The problem is not whether the survey appears once per user, once per login identity, or only under certain conditions. The real problem is that a paid commercial hosting control panel is...
You make a fair point about total cost of ownership, and I absolutely agree that power efficiency is becoming more relevant; especially in datacentres with metered power billing.
That said, in our segment of the market (primarily SMB and price-sensitive hosting customers), the upfront and...
The majority of our customer base does not care about "green" servers or hosting to be honest. However they do care about the price of the server/hosting.
I checked those prices of those "Ampere Altra-Max powered"-servers. Quite expensive. However it depends on what your clients are, but since...
Exactly guys! This is clearly becoming a sinking ship (like mentioned before). Just check out WHMCS for example (also part of WebPros which Plesk is also part of). The "Head of Support" at WHMCS (John Kiping) left WHMCS. WHMCS 9.x is a fiasco in it's current state. Last time he was online was on...
Yup that happens very often with Plesk. I login on all available servers and fill it in with junk. That happens twice a year. And then the Holiday Plesk junk starts again. And it happens every year. And if not that, you get emails from Plesky with also a survey.
Ah well. Fun things.
Same goes for investment groups who take over full control over companies like; WHMCS, cPanel, SolusVM and ofcourse Plesk.
Greed is never a good thing, as we can see now.
Hi Peter Debik,
Well I searched on terms like "MariaDB 11.4", "WARNING: option --ssl-verify-server-cert is disabled, because of an insecure passwordless login." and making/restoring backups in terms of the database and I found that KB article with stated to disable "skip_name_resolve", can't...
Updated: added output check:
logs# mysql -uadmin -p$(cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow) -e "SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'skip_name_resolve';"
mysql: Deprecated program name. It will be removed in a future release, use '/usr/bin/mariadb' instead

Not much Plesk support here? Probably doesn't result in profit $$$ which Plesk/WebPros is fond of.
Anyways, is this resolved? I am experiencing this issue as well in a customer's Plesk server and in his back-up program (also under WebhPros). MariaDB 11.4 and getting: WARNING: option...
@macadia yup unfortunately this is very, very true. Plesk (WebPros) is only interested in getting new clients onboard; long standing Plesk customers/Plesk partners can ..... (you can understand what I writing here).
In the meantime we have already received several emails, phonecalls and support...
Another great Plesk approach is screwing Plesk partners. We already got several complaints by our server customers that they want to cancel their Plesk license with us, because Plesk is now offering them cheaper. Sheesh.
See my post: Issue - Plesk’s 50% Black Firday discount: are you serious...
