Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

As you said yourself: A number of services have increased by more than 40% for us in just one year—for instance, our Adobe or Codeium licenses. I view this in a positive light: new players will enter the market, driving innovation, and it also prompts us to ask whether there might be better...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Well. Almost true. You know for certain the prices will increase once again. Probably another 20%.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Will become worse and worse. Just wait for the next price hike for January 2026. The pricing is really absurd. Server owners are are paying more and more for a Plesk license instead of the server. It's a no brainer to look for alternatives for most. Which we have now. Haha.

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

There is a method. But it's not solid. I was using a workaround to get the old version active. But now I am on vacation and do not have the time to further test is.

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

Yeah it's absurd. The old version was much more user friendly than the old. We had quite a few remaining Plesk server customers who had ImunifyAV+ but the majority cancelled or did not renew their license. Simply unfriendly interface and bloated with Imunify360 stuff. And they promise to...

Input Join the WebPros Cloud Pilot Program Today!

Yeah Plesk is killing their partners. Haha. First increase their pricing and then offer servers...

    Excellent reply Gary W. (again)!

Important New Plesk webmail / SOGo Webmail extension

So result of support ticket... Plesk supports CloudLinux, but apparently not with SOGo Webmail. Really? Plesk is getting worse by the day... Support even gave a link to a DirectAdmin solution. Haha. Seems Plesk support even thinks Plesk is EOL.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Couldn't edit my previous reply anymore. But it's really forced, ELS is automatically added to the Plesk license with an OS like CentOS 7.x. You can cancel it, but it will simply be re-added automatically. I also emailed about this back a long time ago, but Plesk confirmed all Plesk versions...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Haha. Yes, Plesk does force to upgrade in a way. Otherwise you are charged a fee for the crazy ELS program. We still had customers on CentOS 6.x since they refused to migrate (no clue why). But for CentOS 6.x there was no idiotic ELS program and charging customers extra money. With CentOS 7.x...

Important New Plesk webmail / SOGo Webmail extension

IMHO CloudLinux 8.x which is installed upon AlmaLinux 8.x. for compatiblity for older PHP-versions should also be included as support OS.

Excellent post which nails almost everything at Plesk! Thank you HostaHost! A++

Question New ImunifyAV extension a massive setback?

Meanwhile: Probably there will be a paid option for 0.99 USD per month to remove the bloatware, if I know Plesk. ;-) But more seriously; I doubt this will be changed anytime soon... But the old ImunifyAV(+) was excellent and easy / understandable to use. Also the interface was much faster; the...

Input Why I'm quitting Plesk after nearly a decade

Gary, you summed it up perfectly. Every single point you raised is exactly what we—and many others—have been saying for years. The SaaS model ensures you keep paying endlessly for what is essentially the same product, with only minor tweaks, while the pricing spirals out of control. Your...
