The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
This should help you determine what is "normal" and what is not. See this KB - https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213905625--Info-Backup-structure-in-Plesk
Yeah, I learned it when getting the training for the certification. Without learning it, wouldnt have find the option. FYI, when you see a little "lock" in a blue circle beside your subscription it's because it's not sync with a service plan and its a customize one.
No problem, glad that I was...
Seems like your subscription was customized. When a subscription is customize, it don't sync with the service plan. You have 2 choice, personalize it again:
Or you can sync it with the service plan, then you will loose your custom plan settings for this subscription.

I just want to share my experience with Plesk support. 1 year ago I installed for the first time Plesk 12.5 on new servers and now I have hundreds of subscriptions, I'm a sysadmin so I am able to troubleshoot a lot of issues by myself.
But, sometime I need help as this is...

Thank you
I had similar issue during logrotation when apache was set to do graceful restart and mod security was enable.
Maybe its not related but after a while I deactivated modsecurity and never had this issue since. After contacting Plesk support they refer me directly to the Ubuntu community
I won't...
I had the same issue for few weeks, apache stopped when updates where launched by à cron job. After a lot of discussion with plesk support I found that modsecurity was causing this
Plesk support completly delete and install again modsecurity and it works since this.
Hope this help.
