    Forgot to add: checked for Process Explorer, not running on the server. Are there any other (Microsoft-)Surveillance-Apps you know of, that could have the same effect? Also deactivated all other running WebApps and AppPools and tried the update, again fail. btw... Windows Server 2012 R2...
