Sure. You'll first have to find out why mariadb won't start in the first place. Connect to your server via SSH and run systemctl status mariadb and journalctl -xe. This should give you some more information.

We are aware of both (MFA & Grafana) issues. Unfortunately there is no ETA on a permanent fix yet. The suggested workaround is to access Plesk via port 8443. Does that work for you?
These commands only work if you have previously deployed your remote repository in Plesk. Your remote repository URL will be stored in the repository configuration. So no need to add the URL to any commands.
Just a wild guess, since you mention that it only lasts for about 10 minutes, could it be because of a backup running? Temporarily taking up disk space?
