I gave up using the Plesk backups. If it wasn't one thing, it was another. I've been running Idera now for several months, and probably won't try again. Sadly, it's not as good as cPanel backups on Linux. I wish it was.

cPanel is just as bad here. Most panels don't support DKIM at all! That's ridiculous in 2014!

Plesk, like cPanel, wants to own a virgin server. What you're talking about (I think) is like the now-dead/never-popular Enkompass control panel.

You know, I'm having the same problem. I wonder why nobody has answered this. Has it been fixed in Plesk 8.4, can anybody at Parallels confirm or deny a special-circumstances type of conflict that would prevent the Micronovae IIS Mod-Rewrite from working? Product here...
