No, no related error messages. My sw-cp-server Listen on Port 443. Can this be the problem? Note: The control panel must be available at the port 443.

I have the same problem. After i added a new subdomain all domains but the new point to the default vhost. only httpmng --reconfigure-all fixed the problem. if i add a subdomain during nginx is disabled all fine
