    Issue File modification visible in the browser only after ~50 seconds of waiting

    The problem is only half solved because it doesn't work for an image (opcache off, checked in phpinfo()). Example, I replace an image named "x.jpg" and in brower i add x.jpg?v=current_time to force reload. Even when doing ctrl+F5, the image takes a few seconds to change. Working on PHP 8.1...
