The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I have the same issue, I've tried all the solutions provided but no luck, btw it's only working with command line. I see this problem with alot of users here, is it common or something need to be fixed with the next update?

Hi, I tried to install SSL certificate for my plesk server using let's encrypt, but the problem is that I' am running plesk with custom port(not 8443), which let's encrypt seems to work only with the default port. PLEASE How to fix that without changing the port.

Yes I faced that problem today, and still facing it right now, I assume its the installer package problem. I hope they will resolve it ASAP.
here is what I got.
" ERROR: The required version '3.18.0' was not found on the server.
This could happen because of configuration error at the download...
