Wrong permissions, browser can't load css in folders because the web server return 401 forbidden, logs is not useful

Nothing to do... Same problem. It's urgent, my web server is useless...

Recently Apache returns error 401 forbidden on all domains. I've tried to repair filesystem, vhosts directories, manual permissions change but nothing... What can I do?
