I need to change the email address for the admin user. For some reason I cant do it from the Account -> Personal Data area in plesk because it gives me this error

Spammers and easy passwords in plesk
What I have noticed, is when there is a problem with spammers it is usually not the users on your system that are doing it.
Its how you have set up the SMTP Authorization on your system.
Because users will almost always use easily guessable passwords...
So when I try the change with the Plesk GUI it gives me this error:
However it does change the admin email in the /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz10_psa_httpd.conf so its lieing for some reason, and not changing it in the GUI.
I am having exactly the same issue. Plesk 9.3, upgraded from 9.1 a couple of years ago. When we needed to change the admin email, it dies with the same error. There doesn't seem to be a cli command to change the email either which seems odd. I thought it might be a permission problem or...

This is a little problem that is driving me a little crazy.
When I create mail users for the domains, they work fine for outside clients but webmail does not allow them to login. The only message is "Login Failed".
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix that?
