Error changing admin email

While trying to change the admin email address my server gaves the following error:

Error: PleskFatalException
Unable to update admin's email. ch_admin_email: /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/ch_admin_email_httpd execution failed (no output)
ch_admin_email: Cannot change admin email for client apache.
I have checked on the server and the script exists and works perfectly when running it manually. It is owned by root and it has 0750 permissions.

Any way of fixing this problem…?

I am having exactly the same issue. Plesk 9.3, upgraded from 9.1 a couple of years ago. When we needed to change the admin email, it dies with the same error. There doesn't seem to be a cli command to change the email either which seems odd. I thought it might be a permission problem or something to do with the plesk upgrade, but I can't seem to find where that email is in the database. I did upgrade Apache manually by building an RPM from the source, that seems to have messed something up in the service and start up scripts, but it does work without a hitch except when manually starting the httpd daemon. I am using CentOS 5.6 64bit and the 64 bit 9.3 plesk version.
Any help at all would be nice :)

So when I try the change with the Plesk GUI it gives me this error:
Unable to update admin's email. ch_admin_email: /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/ch_admin_email_httpd execution failed:
ch_admin_email: Cannot change admin email for client apache.

0: class.Client.php3:480
Client->updateAdminEmail()
1: class.Client.php3:384
Client->update()
2: cmd_server.php3:177
admin_ed(array, array)
3: admin_ed.php3:58
However it does change the admin email in the /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz10_psa_httpd.conf so its lieing for some reason, and not changing it in the GUI.

It actually seems to have changed everywhere except in the "Edit administrator information" in the GUI

I remember that issue occurred long ago, try to upgrade Plesk to more recent build.

Most recent build? Not very helpful when the Plesk license makes you pay for upgrades. I am pretty sure I have the most recent build of 9.3. What would BE helpful would be someone to tell me what file, hidden file, file permission problem, broken link or evil demon magic spell is causing it, and how to fix it.
As it is, I am not sure that paying big bucks to UPGRADE would be worth it as this problem seemed to show up after an upgrade, and I would not be assured that other BIGGER problems won't show up, then nobody knows how to fix them.
I mean Come ON...its got to be some stupid file in the /usr/local/psa/admin section that has some file permission problem or something.
Something that would be easy to fix, normally, if someone knows what file to fix, or what permissions to change...someone?
