Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
I would kindly ask to fix that issue on your behalf. You charge extra for this extension and I haven't been able to use it properly for half a year. How can I get my money back?
Posting this answer after my explanation of how I am unable to, is at least a little cynical.
But thanks anyway for at least giving an explanation.
Good luck with that business attitude, it reveals how much you care for customers:). Maybe your dev should support what people are actually using...
Wow, really bad news if this is true. My hosting provider has blocked upgrades to obsidian so I am stuck to plesk onyx and there is no way to upgrade properly even if you try to add a dedicated plesk obsidian license.
Sure, I could host my websites somewhere else but a Migration is always a...

Hi,
I tried to install memcached for php 7.3 after upgrading Plesk Onyx to Obsidian. I followed this article here , running into this issue after:
/opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/pecl install memcached
WARNING: channel "pecl.php.net" has updated its protocols, use "pecl channel-update pecl.php.net"...
Sorry for hi-jacking this thread.
I have a similar error but apparently quite more complicated. After a reboot I cannot access neither Plesk panel nor SSH or FTP. The hosted website is actually up & alive.
This is the error:

Okay, that seems to get me one step closer. According to the article I have installed nginx cache plugin but it moans about a missing cache zone path.
There is a cache folder for the website under /var/cache/nginx. Any idea @papak where I went wrong?
