The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

Hi,
We've recently updated to version 18.0.25 and for one domain have turned off 'Proxy Mode' so the site is being served by nginx but it seems to be ignoring all additional directives we add. We've tried this on another Plesk server running 18.0.24 which seems to work and can't figure why it's...
Hi,
One Plesk server has recently had it's disk usages fly up and I'm trying to recover some space - I see on a domain in /snapshots there's a file 'instance_files_5_6bxa73958.zip'
I'm guessing this has something to do with WordPress ToolKit, but it is it safe to delete these (or it there a...
Thanks for looking, managed to get it working - however had to change all the php .conf files for each domain manually as it doesn't update the paths and results in PHP FPM not being able to run

We don't have any email accounts on this server, and the only database connected to the domain is 3.5mb - I think it has something to do with the Dropbox extension, I'll remove the domain and re-add / reinstall the site and see if that fixes it.
Thanks for help
Well we only use the Dropbox backup extension, and that's also around 500mb. I can see there is a failed backup, but as far as I can tell that would live in /tmp which is empty
Hi,
I've got a domain that has suddenly rocketed up to 12463.4 MB reported by Plesk (was less than 500mb yesterday), du -sh of the folders virtual host directory reports around 500mb, any idea why is Plesk reporting such a high disk usage?
Thanks
The nginx.conf/http.conf files for the domain is empty (all other previously added domains work fine).
I added the domain asdasd.com and it generated the conf files, added another domain and it didn't - is this a known bug with Plesk?
plesk repair web asdasd.com doesn't generate conf files...
Hi,
I've just added a domain to the server, going into the File Manager on the domain results in the error:
Unable to open the directory: Unable to find the file /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs at the specified location
I've ran: plesk repair all domain.com
If I try and upload/delete a...

Hi,
Trying to get the plesk preview for a static website to work, it works for the homepage:
http://<PUBLIC_IP>/plesk-site-preview/www.example.com/<PRIVATE_IP>/
Hovering over an a tag gives the correct URL:
http://<PUBLIC_IP>/plesk-site-preview/www.example.com/<PRIVATE_IP>/subpage.html...
Thanks for the info, we've managed to get it working. For some reason there was no .conf file for the subdomain in /etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d after changing the virtual hosts directory, by changing the name in hosting settings it generated a new one.
Also would you know why the hosting settings...
